A Bevy Of BARGAIN Properties in Joliet

Anyway, the numbers never cease to amaze me. Currently in Joliet there are 156 single family homes for sale priced at $100,000 or lower! That's a fact folks!
Talk about affordability. . .want to check out Plainfield instead? Drum roll please. . .28 single family homes listed at $150,000 or below.
The bargains are out there, and incentives exist as well.
Remember, the clock is ticking on the first-time homebuyer tax credit. Claim a credit of 10% of the purchase price of a home up to $8000 if you are buying your first home or if you have not owned a primary residence for the past three years. But you MUST CLOSE BEFORE DECEMBER 1, 2009 TO QUALIFY!!!
