Do You Really Want Feedback About Your Joliet Home?

When selling a Joliet home, there are many conversations that happen regarding your property.  It is typical that the listing agent will solicit feedback from the agents that show your home. When I call about my listings, I am looking for a few things.

First, was the home ready to show?  How did it look, smell (yes, that matters!) and feel? Did it appeal to the buyer?

Secondly, does the buyer have any additional interest in the property?  Are there any questions that I can answer?

Third, how did the home compare to other properties the buyers saw with regard to condition, size, ammenities and price?

And finally, as the buyer's agent, are there any suggestions you would make that would increase the appeal of the property?

Some agents are more than willing to provide detailed feedback about your Joliet home. . . others provide very little.  But it can be very valuable to the home sale process, to understand how the buyers are reacting to your home.

Keep in mind, that first impressions are key. . . and if your home is not ready for showings, then feedback can be brutal. . .watch below and enjoy!

Thanks to Jeff Turner of Real Estate Shows for introducing me to this gem!
