Signs of Spring

The calendar indicated that spring arrived a few weeks ago, but the gray skies and cold weather made me a bit skeptical.  Finally, however, I am a believer that spring is here.  The first signs of life are evident in the flower beds, I saw a cardinal the other day, and the tips of the tree branches are becoming fat . . .blooms and leaves are sure to come soon.

As the weather warms and the sun is out more frequently, home search activity in Joliet has picked up as well.  I love a ringing phone. . .and it has started to do just that.  I am working with a number of first time Joliet home buyers, and the choices are abundant.  There are 238 single family homes priced between $150,000 and $200,000 in Joliet alone.  Factor in the surrounding area, and buyers have a plethora of options available. I will be preparing market reports this week and tracking sales for the last month.  Check back for more specific numbers.
