Demand Great Pictures of Your Joliet Home

As you get to know me better, you will discover that I am a fanatic about listing photos.  If I am listing a Joliet area home, you can be assured that I will take dozens of photos of your home, I will edit and select the best ones for use on the MLS, in a virtual tour and in print marketing materials.  Why all the fuss about photos?  Let's face it, home buyers are a picky bunch and in the Joliet market, there are alot of homes to choose from. Most people start their home search online and decide which homes to tour based on the information and PHOTOGRAPHS online!

If a home is not represented well through photographs then it is less likely to be shown!  No buyer traffic, no offers. . .not good if you are trying to sell a home.
